Privacy Policy for CronosPal

Last updated: April 2026

Introduction

CronosPal (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) helps you track work sessions, schedules, and related information. This Privacy Policy describes what data the app handles, how Apple’s services may be involved, and how you can exercise control.

Data You Enter in the App

Depending on how you use CronosPal, the app may store information such as working hours, sessions, jobs, quotas, calendars, notes, and related preferences. This information is tied to your use of the product and resides in your app database on device.

CloudKit & iCloud

CronosPal can synchronize data across your Apple devices using Apple’s CloudKit and your personal iCloud account when sync is enabled and you are signed in to iCloud. Processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and infrastructure; we do not operate a separate backend server for routine app syncing.

  • Sync uses your Apple ID–backed iCloud container associated with the app.
  • You can disable or manage iCloud features in device Settings under your Apple ID and iCloud.

Local Storage

Core app data is stored on your device using Apple frameworks (including Core Data–based storage). Data on device is accessible only to you within the app unless you enable CloudKit sync as described above.

Data Deletion

You may delete data within the app where supported. Removing the app from your device deletes local data; iCloud copies may remain until removed via Apple’s data & privacy tools or when you manage iCloud storage for the app.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
