Business Process Automation & AI Agents

Turn recurring work into dependable n8n workflows, using AI where interpretation is useful and clear rules where the process is predictable.

How we help

Practical work, grounded in your context.

Who we work with

Operations, Finance, service teams, and IT teams with repetitive work spread across email, documents, spreadsheets, and business applications.

We map the process with the people who run it, identify the handoffs and exceptions, and agree what a successful result looks like. Then we design and implement a focused workflow using n8n and the systems your team already uses.

AI can help classify requests, extract information, prepare summaries, or suggest a next action. Tool access, human approvals, and escalation paths are designed into the workflow. We test representative cases and failures before an agreed production release.

Where it helps

Start with one recurring process.

Example starting points are adapted to your systems, permissions, and business rules.

01

Requests and document intake

Extract and validate information, classify incoming work, and route uncertain or incomplete cases to the right person.

02

Connected business operations

Move approved information between systems, coordinate handoffs, and surface exceptions without repeated copying between tools.

03

AI-assisted investigation

Let an agent gather context from approved sources and prepare a summary or proposed action, with review before consequential changes.

What you get

Automation your team can operate.

Working n8n workflows

Documented integrations and workflow configurations for the agreed process, with explicit permissions, approval steps, and exception handling.

Test and acceptance evidence

Representative test cases, AI evaluation checks where relevant, and results against agreed measures such as handling time, error rate, and cost per run.

Operational handover

A runbook covering monitoring, alerts, credentials ownership, recovery, and maintenance, plus a walkthrough with the team responsible for the workflow.

The engagement

A clear scope, from the start.

  1. Map and measure

Agree one process, its baseline, integration constraints, acceptance criteria, and the scope of the pilot.

  2. Build and test

Implement the workflow, test edge cases and failures, and review AI outputs and approval points with business users.

  3. Release and hand over

Roll out after acceptance, configure monitoring, and hand over operating instructions. Ongoing support is agreed separately.

Good questions

Before we start

Do we need AI for every automation?

No. We use deterministic steps for predictable tasks and introduce AI only where interpretation or flexible decision support adds value. The workflow should remain understandable to its owners.

Can you work with our existing n8n setup?

Yes. We review the existing setup, access model, and deployment requirements. If a new environment is needed, hosting and licence requirements are agreed during scoping.

How do you prevent unwanted actions?

We agree the tools and data each workflow can access, validate inputs and outputs, and use approval steps for consequential actions. Failure handling, retries, and duplicate-action prevention are tested for the scoped integrations.

Can you support the workflow after launch?

Yes, through a separately agreed support scope. The handover names the operational owner and explains monitoring, escalation, and how changes should be tested.

Let’s talk

Which process takes too much of your team’s time?

Describe the work, the tools involved, and the exceptions that make it difficult. We’ll help define a practical first automation.

A useful first conversation

  1. Your context

The business goal and the systems you have.

  2. Your priorities

What matters most, and what’s getting in the way.

  3. A practical next step
